Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, consultations, and services provided by 1. BBQ HOUSE Marbella, operated by Swen Henkel, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Services Provided

BBQ HOUSE Marbella offers consultation, planning, and sales of customized outdoor kitchens and BBQ grill systems. All services are tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each client.

Quotes and Prices

All offers and prices are non-binding and subject to change. A final quotation will be provided after the initial consultation and site visit. Prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Orders and Payment

Orders must be confirmed in writing. A deposit may be required upon confirmation. Final payment is due upon delivery and installation, unless agreed otherwise. Payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or other agreed options.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery times are approximate and will be confirmed individually. 1.BBQ HOUSE Marbella is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or supply chain issues. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the installation site and all necessary permissions.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer under EU law, you may have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days. Custom-made or specially requested products may be exempt from this right.

Liability

BBQ HOUSE Marbella is not liable for indirect damages or losses, unless caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, photos, and designs provided on this website or as part of any project remain the intellectual property of 1.BBQ HOUSE Marbella and may not be reused without permission.
