Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

If you are an EU-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the product is custom-made or personalized to your specifications.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

Custom-designed or tailor-made outdoor kitchens or 1. BBQ systems
Products that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery
Services that have already been fully performed

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery and installation fees, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or confirmation of return shipping. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned at your own expense
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
